10 Days of Prayer: #6 - Favor with the City

(In preparation for Sunday, January 8th, I would like to share with you 10 specific things to pray for. You can read the other day's prayer points at the bottom of this post)

During this summer our core group to some time to study through the book of Acts together. While the early church faced persecution and opposition, they also had a good reputation with non-Christians:

Acts 2:46–47 (ESV)

⁴⁶ And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, ⁴⁷ praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.

Would you pray that Redeemer City Church would have favor with the city of San Francisco?

1. pray that this body would have genuine relationship with people outside the church
2. pray that we would be well respected in our community having a reputation of generosity and servanthood
3. pray for strategic relationships for open doors to serve the city
